General Settings

From here you can change the name of your AI Agent and obtain its ID for use with the APIs.

Basic Configuration​

The general settings allow you to:

  • Modify the name of your AI agent
  • Obtain the unique ID for API integrations
  • Configure the basic settings for the agent's behavior

Agent Name​

The agent's name is used to:

  • Identify the chatbot in conversations
  • Personalize automatic responses
  • Distinguish between different agents if you have more than one

Agent ID​

The unique ID is necessary for:

  • API calls
  • Webhook integrations
  • Advanced configurations
Important

Always save your agent's ID - you will need it for all API integrations.
